The Imperial Star Empire Incorporated.

 The Imperial Court was Founded and Established in 1978 and is represented by an Emperor and an Empress who are elected Annually by their Communities of Alameda and Contra Costa County. 

We are a Member of The International Imperial Court System (ICS), which has chapters in over 70 Cities throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

We  are a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization  (#94-3062241).

 The Organization was formed to cultivate friendship and fellowship among members, to promote harmonious relations between members and the community, to place their fellow human beings on a higher plane of understanding, concern, and to be of assistance and aid to those in need.

Purpose of The Imperial Star Empire Inc.

The Imperial Star Empire, Inc. shall promote and assist in the development and maintenance of a planned and coordinated program dealing with the needs of the people of Alameda / Contra Costa Counties, State of California. To accomplish this objective, the Imperial Star Empire, Inc. shall promote functions for the purpose of raising funds for charitable organizations within Alameda / Contra Costa Counties whom the Imperial Star Empire, Inc. shall deem worthy of such support.

The Imperial Star Empire, Inc. is a non-profit organization and, as such, is not organized for the private gain of any person.  The corporation is organized under the Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation Law of the State of California, for charitable purposes. The corporation is subject to the rules and regulations of the State of California, Articles of Incorporation, the Internal Revenue Code, Section 501 (c) (3), and Section 170 (c) (2) and the Bylaws herein described.  Service through united action, guided by intelligence, shall be the hallmark of this organization.

 

Believing such unity essential for the mutual understanding and advancement of the interests and general welfare of the citizens of Alameda / Contra Costa Counties, we have formed this organization. The objectives are: to cultivate friendship and fellowship among the members of the Imperial Star Empire, Inc.; to promote harmonious relations between members and the community; to place the member of the organization on a higher plane of understanding and concern for their fellow human being; and to assist and provide aid to those who are in need, if it is within our power to do so.

 

We hereby associate ourselves as one unit through the formation of this organization, to preserve and to protect the beliefs of the people and to uphold these Bylaws which shall govern the members of this organization in the exercise of their right and discharge of their duties and obligations, in accordance with the high standard of responsibility and conduct herein set forth.
